Terms & Conditions

  • All Tariffs are in Indian Rupees.
  • 12% GST is applicable on above room tariffs.
  • Tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Check-in: 1 PM | Check-out: 10 AM.
  • Early Check-in if rooms are available.
  • Late Check-out charge is INR 1000 + 12% GST (subject to availability).
  • Tariffs are appointed for upto double occupancy.
  • Extra person charges apply as follows (includes sleeping arrangement on a roll away cot & breakfast): 
    5 – 18 years: INR 1000 per night | Above 18 years: INR 1000 per night. Plus 12% GST.
  • We are not infant/toddler friendly. We do not have any play area or ideas to engage young ones. Also
    we do not have any staff to attend to them. Please let us know in advance if you have any specific
    requirements.

Cancellation & Refunds Policy

  • We take bookings only against 50% advance payment. However, we understand that sometimes you may have to cancel/revise your travel plans. Here’s how we can help you during such situations:  
  • Cancellation because of factors outside your control – weather not permitting, natural calamity,
    government-imposed lockdowns/curfews or some other form of the national emergency-like situation etc.
    – we will refund the entire amount even if you intimate us at the last minute.
  • Cancellation because of personal reasons – health, work commitments, family emergencies, etc. – and you let us know up to 1 week (prior to your check-in date) in advance, we will refund the entire
    amount.
  • Cancellation because of personal reasons – health, work commitments, family emergencies, etc – and you let us know within the last 1 week (prior to your check-in date), we will refund the entire amount or part of it, if and only if we can sell your booked room nights to other guests on that short
    notice.

Dos & Don'ts

  • Here’s some handy, good-to-know information to help you make the most of your stay with us.
  • Check-in is at 1 PM and Check-out is at 10 AM.
  • We have a payment gateway on our website and we also accept payment by Google Pay, all cards & in cash.
  • The indoor restaurant and guest rooms are strictly non-smoking areas. You may step out in the open to light one up. We reserve the right to fine up to INR 5000 in case anyone is found smoking indoors / damages the property.
  • While we offer Room Service for all food & beverages, we request you to join us in our Restaurant for all meals as food is best had when served warm & fresh.
  • We do not allow outside food to be brought into our premises.
  • We provide daily housekeeping service on request. Please leave your room keys behind if you want us to make up your room.
  • Our rooms are ideally meant for 2 adults, the Tariffs to are appointed for up to double occupancy. If you do need to accommodate another person in your room, we will charge as follows (this includes sleeping arrangement on a roll-away cot & complimentary breakfast):  – 5 – 18 years: INR 1000 per night + 12% GST.                                                                                                                                           – Above 18 years: INR 1000 per night + 12% GST.
  • Our team is not trained to attend to your child’s needs and safety. We urge you not to leave them unattended.
  • Accommodation for your driver can be arranged at INR 500 + 12% GST per night. Basic meals are provided at the staff cafeteria otherwise you will be charged as per the menu.
  • We are not pet-friendly.
  • Everyone has a right to a peaceful good night’s sleep. We don’t like guests playing music or being loud post 10 pm.
  • Meal timings are as follows:                                                                                                                                                  – Breakfast: 7:30 AM to 10 AM                                                                                                                                                    – Lunch: 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM                                                                                                                                                 – Dinner: 8:00 PM to 10:30 PM   
  •  – Snacks can be ordered between these hours as well. Our kitchen closes at 10.30 PM sharp.
  • Our restaurant is also open to non-resident guests on a prior reservation basis. Do let us know in case you wish to invite some friends.
