1. Tariffs & Taxes

All room tariffs are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). Room rates are subject to 12% Goods & Services Tax (GST) as per applicable government tax regulations. Room rates are subject to revision without prior notice during peak seasons or holiday weekends, but confirmed advance bookings will honor the agreed rate.

Tariffs include room accommodation with amenities as specified. Supplementary incidentals such as room service orders, telephone charges, laundry, and special requests are chargeable separately upon check-out.

2. Check-In & Check-Out Timings

• Standard Check-In Time: 1:00 PM
• Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM (or 11:00 AM upon prior request and hotel confirmation)

Early Check-In: Subject to room availability upon arrival. While we endeavor to accommodate early arrivals, guaranteed early check-in may require reserving from the previous night.

Late Check-Out: Late check-out after 10:00 AM is strictly subject to room availability and operational schedules. A late departure fee of INR 1,000 plus 12% GST may apply.

3. Occupancy & Extra Bed Policies

Standard room tariffs are based on double occupancy (two adults).

Additional Guests: An additional guest aged 5 years and above is charged INR 1,000 per night (plus 12% GST), which includes a roll-away cot/extra mattress and breakfast. Children under 5 years stay complimentary when sharing existing bedding with parents.

4. Identification & Guest Age Requirements

In compliance with Uttarakhand administration and hospitality security regulations:

• All adult guests aged 18 and above must present a valid government-issued photo identity proof (Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport) upon registration. PAN Cards are not accepted as valid address identification.
• The primary guest checking in must be at least 18 years of age.
• Failure to produce valid identification at check-in will result in denial of accommodation with forfeiture of booking advance.
• The hotel reserves the right to decline accommodation to same-city residents or couples unable to provide suitable identification.

5. Smoking & Cleanliness Regulations

To preserve fresh mountain air and guest safety, smoking is strictly prohibited inside all guest rooms and enclosed dining spaces. A deep-cleaning penalty of up to INR 5,000 will be levied for any smoking violations or property burns.

Designated open-air outdoor zones are available for guests who smoke. Please dispose of cigarette butts safely in provided receptacles to safeguard our surrounding pine forests from fire risks.

6. Housekeeping & Property Care

Daily housekeeping service is provided upon guest request. Guests are requested to treat hotel furnishings, electronic equipment, and fixtures with care. Any deliberate damage or loss to hotel property will be charged to the guest's folio prior to departure.

7. Mountain Terrain & Connectivity Notice

Lansdowne is an authentic hill station located in the Shivalik / Garhwal mountain range. Cellular reception and data signals can fluctuate between telecommunication providers. Complimentary hotel Wi-Fi is provided on the property to support guest communication.
